1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device by websites you visit. They allow the site to recognise your device, remember preferences and analyse usage. We also use similar technologies such as local storage, session storage and pixels.
2. Categories we use
Strictly necessary
Required for the Service to function — authentication, session management, security, load balancing, CSRF protection. These cannot be disabled.
Functional / preferences
Remember choices such as language, theme, last-opened workspace.
Analytics
Help us understand usage to improve the Service. We use privacy-respecting analytics with IP anonymisation. Set only with your consent on EU/UK visits.
Marketing
Used to measure marketing performance and, where you consent, to show relevant ads on third-party sites.
3. Legal basis (ePrivacy + GDPR)
Strictly necessary cookies are set on the basis of our legitimate interest in delivering the Service you have requested. All other cookies are set only with your prior opt-in consent in line with the Irish ePrivacy Regulations (S.I. 336/2011) and the UK PECR. You may withdraw consent at any time via the in-app "Cookie preferences" control.
4. Managing cookies
- Use our cookie banner / preference centre to grant or withdraw consent.
- Most browsers let you block or delete cookies via settings.
- Disabling strictly necessary cookies may prevent the Service from working.
5. Third-party cookies
Some pages embed third-party content (e.g. payments, support widgets, video) that may set their own cookies. We list them in our subprocessors listand obtain consent before loading non-essential third-party content.
6. Do Not Track
Because there is no industry standard, we do not respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals, but we honour Global Privacy Control (GPC) where applicable.
7. Updates
We review this policy regularly and post changes here with an updated date.
