Accel Books is a software platform. This page sets out important limitations on the information, calculations and AI outputs we provide.
Last updated: 16 May 2026 · Governing law: Republic of Ireland
1. No professional advice
Information, templates, calculations, suggestions and AI-generated content produced by the Service are provided for general information and operational convenience only. They do not constitute, and must not be relied upon as, legal, tax, accounting, audit, financial, investment, insurance or other professional advice. You should always consult a qualified professional in your jurisdiction before making decisions based on the Service.
2. Accuracy and AI outputs
While we work hard to keep templates and calculations up to date with Irish, UK and EU rules, tax legislation, accounting standards and regulatory guidance change frequently. AI features can make mistakes, omit context or produce plausible but incorrect output ("hallucinations"). You are responsible for reviewing all outputs before relying on them or sharing them with third parties, tax authorities or regulators.
3. No fiduciary relationship
Using the Service does not create a solicitor–client, accountant–client, tax adviser–client or any other professional or fiduciary relationship between you and Accel Books.
4. Third-party content
The Service may display content provided by third parties (bank feeds, exchange rates, market data, integrations). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, and provide it without any warranty of accuracy, completeness or fitness for purpose.
5. Forward-looking statements
Forecasts, projections and scenario models generated in the Service are estimates only. Actual results may differ materially and depend on factors outside our control.
6. Jurisdictional differences
Tax rules and accounting standards differ between the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, the rest of the United Kingdom and other EU member states. Templates and AI outputs may not reflect the rules applicable to your jurisdiction or your specific facts. Always verify with a qualified local adviser.
7. No warranty
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service and all information it produces are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. See the Terms of Service for full warranty disclaimers and liability limitations.
